Bajkiki provides a platform for creating personalized bedtime stories using artificial intelligence (AI). Users get access to an app that allows them to:
Registration via e-mail or a Google account is required to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Registration is only permitted for persons aged 18 and over. The app is intended for parents and legal guardians who create stories for their children.
New users receive a limited number of free story generations. The exact scope is displayed in the app.
For extended features and unlimited story generation, we offer a Pro subscription:
Current prices are displayed in the app and on the website. All prices include statutory value-added tax.
Web: Payments via the website are processed by Stripe (credit card, SEPA, etc.).
iOS: In-app purchases are processed via the Apple App Store. The Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions apply.
Android: In-app purchases are processed via the Google Play Store. The Google Play Terms of Service apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the respective billing period unless cancelled in time:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an e-mail to support@bajkiki.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Note: For in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policies of the respective store operator apply.
The stories generated by the AI are provided for personal, non-commercial use. We assume no liability for:
Although we filter content through AI-based moderation, we recommend that parents review stories before reading them aloud.
You agree to make only lawful and child-appropriate inputs. In particular, it is prohibited to input or generate content that is unlawful, glorifies violence, is discriminatory, sexual, harmful to minors, or infringes the rights of third parties, as well as to circumvent the app's protection and moderation mechanisms.
You are solely responsible for the information you enter — including information about your child — and you confirm that you are authorized to enter it. To protect children, we automatically review inputs and generated content. We reserve the right to reject requests that violate these rules and to restrict access in the event of abuse.
We grant you a simple, non-transferable right to use the stories generated for you for personal use. The copyright in the underlying technology, the design, and the Bajkiki brand remains with the provider.
We strive for high availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work or technical malfunctions may lead to temporary restrictions.
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. We will inform you of material changes by e-mail or in the app. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
